Super Size Or Ultra Reps?????

    Can you take both of these without one canceling the other out or at different times (one pre-workout and the other during)? I purchased both without knowing that they both are pre-workout formulas. Any thoughts, recommendations, and/or advice will be very helpful.

    I’ve taken it 2:1 (SS 2scoops : UR 1scoop) with excellent results. Sometimes I push it and do 3:2

    I have been using them both…2 scoops of SS and 1 scoop of UR and I love the results…Focus, energy and double the pumps.

    I find pumps are more sustained longer after my workout

    From the second week of using ss and u.r i have been doing a 3.1 ratio and the reps and pumps have never stopped coming or dulled out. when im pushing it out or had a long day would do a 3.2 ratio just to be greedy haha

    I usually take 3 scoops of Supersize and 1 scoop of Ultra. The Super gives the energy, focus, and pump while the Ultra reduces the buildup of lactic acid without stims. So perfect combo!!

    Awesome man! Just be careful with the 3 scoops Supersize if youre sensitive to stim, but if not, you’re good to go !!

    Yeah i do the same as marc… 2 scoops of S.S and one U.R! I can really tell the difference when not using U.R!

    I tried 3:1 ratio today and felt pretty good! The only thing missing is a spotter so that I can go heavier!

    For me the ratio 3:1 works perfectly.
    Sometimes I have 2:1.. Depends on my day.

    im still using the 2:1 ratio of ss to ur along with 5g of german creatine and I have really noticed a difference in my strength

    I normally use Supersize preworkout on smaller muscle groups. I’ve been using Ultra Reps stacked with Supersize on back and leg days. That way I’m capable of staying strong and intense and performing at my best. I always feel incredible when I stack the two before I train.Usually a scoop of each does it for me.

    2:1, 2 scoops of of supersize and 1 scoop of UR gives me a lasting pump in the gym!
