Multi Vitamin

    So other day I heard a guy says he takes a multi twice a day is that odd? Also I use opti men by optimum nutrition any one think of a better?

    I think it’s odd. I only have one multi a day! I think 2 would just be wasted from your system – excess vitamins!

    Depends on the multi….if it is a "one a day" then two is overkill. The Beverly International Fit Tabs I use are designed to be taken twice per day. As many vitamins and minerals are water solvable, spreading the dose out in smaller amounts will increase assimilation instead of eliminating excess taken at once.

    I agree with Mark, each multi is different. On the opti men label, it says to take 3 tablets daily. Taking all 3 at once would be a bit counterintuitive as that would be too much at once and would probably just be peed out

    Im with the others on this, as well as with most other supplements. If instructions say to take multiple pills a day, I always spread them out evenly. My multi is a one a day tho, so I only take it once

    My multi is one a day as well! And my other supps i usually take with my multi, I don’t have a need to spread them throughout the day.
