Well I have decided this week to write about difference between Off – Season and Competition Phase Supplements for me as a Bikini Diva ~

    During Competition Phase 5-12 weeks out ~ Omegas (1x daily) / CLAs (3x a day) / Multivitamin (1x in AM) / Pre-Workout (1x before Lift) / Probiotic Supplement (3x daily)

    2 – 4 weeks out ~ Omegas (1x daily) / CLAs (3x a day) / Multivitamin (1x in AM) / Pre-Workout (1x before Lift) / Probiotic Supplement (3x daily) ~ I add a Fat Burner Here 1x daily in AM before Cardio on Empty Stomach

1 Week out ~ Omegas (1x daily) / Multivitamin (1x in AM) / Fat Burner (1x daily in AM before Cardio)

Normal Non-Competition Phase ~ I always take CLAs, Multivitamin, Omegas, Glutamine, BCAAs, and Pre-Workout on a normal basis.

Other than that ~ I keep my eating plan clean and healthy eats when not competing otherwise during Competition Phase it’s ALL clean eats : )
    XOXO!!!

I use the exact same supplement program year around…off season or contest prep. Just the basics of multi vitamin/mineral, fish oil, D3, creatine mono, BCAAs, etc. Nothing exotic or fancy….

When I was a bodybuilder, I would have agreed with Mark, just stick to the good ole basics. But now I add a couple things the last 8 weeks of my season, only to prime my athletic performance and help me train harder without overtraining as best as I can. But my year/season is different then most sports and it actually coincides with my very busy work schedule so I need a little extra boost after 8 hard months of competing.
