Some of the Muscle Book users have asked questions about how to use the program with a home gym. Well, you’ve got problems and we provide solutions. Check out this video of the Muscle Book Home Gym Edition (Leg Day). You won’t be able to use all exercises prescribed in the program, but here are some really good leg workout with a simple home gym.
- Barbell Back Squat
- Walking Lunges (with Ez Curl Bar)
- Barbell Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
- Squats (bodyweight)
