A high-energy breakfast shake to blast you through the morning!

Ingredients:

1 cup unflavored greek yogurt
1 cup low-fat milk
½ cup pomegranate juice
1 whole banana
¼ cup blueberries
½ cup rolled oats

*Optional add liquid egg whites to increase the protein count.

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Drink immediately and enjoy the power.

*Note: Drink asap. The longer it sits, the more the oats will thicken the shake.
