Ingredients:
1 slice of whole wheat crispy bread – WASA is the best
1 chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
celery (as much as u like)
lettuce
thin beet slices
Directions:
1. Take one slice of whole wheat crispy bread
2. Add lettuce, chopped paprika, beets, celery
3. Cook chicken on the skillet and add some spices to it. Cook it with coconut or olive oil
4. You can add to this recipe other ingredients like tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers, spinach, cheese – it depends on your taste
5. I always like to add Calorie Free Walden Farms sauces.
