A great tasting indian inspired meal.
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1 skinless chicken breast
1 pack of Indian spices – curry, turmeric, herbs, chili
1/2 cucumber
1 cup of broccoli
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
1. Spray skillet with PAM. Put one tsp of coconut oil. Cover the skillet and cook the chicken for couple minutes until it will be cooked. Add Indian spices – as much as u like. You can also add other spices.
2. Put one sweet potato into microwave or into oven. Cook for couple minutes (depends on how powerful is your microwave or oven)
3. Chop cucumber
4. Steamed 1 cup of broccoli
5. Put everything on the plate
6. Chop some dill and sprinkle on the broccoli
