I always take Ultra reps on arms day as I need to get those extra few reps in to force a bit of growth in my lagging biceps! but…This week I had ran out and OMG could I notice the difference, whereas usually I’m getting up to 12 reps this week I was failing at 8-9! anyway…I certainly won’t be running out of it again!!!!
always used supersize and then axcell during….might have to try ultra? do you stack them or just take ultra before/during the workout
I love ultra reps! I do my cardio and am tired at about 40 mins. With Ultra reps I don’t even notice when I’ve gotten through an hour of cardio. It doesn’t give me the hyped up feeling, but my body doesn’t get tired.
yeah i hate that hype or like shake/itch etc….but i do like axcell and supersize cuz it gets me focused and lets me last forever
i just mix the supersize and ultra reps together pre-wprkout, then i sip my axcell during too…just crazy how much i can notice the difference when my ultra reps runs out
