A delicious muscle building dish with a Thai flare!
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 Thai chili peppers, chopped.
2 tsp curry powder
¼ cup pine nuts
2 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
1. Cube chicken into 1×1” sections. Chop pine nuts into ¼ size pieces.
2. Warm a large saute pan over medium heat. Add coconut oil until heated.
3. Cook chicken in coconut oil until halfway finished.
4. Add pine nuts and peppers to pan, stirring frequently.
5. Reduce heat to low and stir in curry powder, coating chicken.
6. When chicken is finished, serve over cooked brown rice.
