Take a look at this and you know you want to eat it. This is great tasting and can pack on the lean muscle.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of brown rice
- 1 tbs of pumpkin seeds
- 1 chopped chicken breast
- 1 large tomato
- 1/2 chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 tsp paprika, cayenne, curry and ginger
- 1/3 can of kidney beans
Directions:
1. Cook rice. Add some of the curry and herbs to water so it will taste better.
2. Steam the broccoli.
3. Spray a skillet with some Pam and add the chicken. Cook it for couple minutes add the bell pepper and add the other spices – curry, cayenne pepper, ginger. Continue to cook until chicken is done.
4. Chop the tomato and sprinkle on top some herbs like dill.
5. When everything is done cooking, plate it.
6. N sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top.
