How do I take Hard FX?

We are glad you asked. People produce testosterone on a Circadian rhythm. A Circadian rhythm is a 24 hour cycle, or time clock, that your body follows. Testosterone production increases at a certain time, and decreases at a certain time throughout the day.
To maximize HARD FX, we recommend consuming two capsules in the morning when peak testosterone production is at its highest. We then recommend taking your second serving preferably eight (8) hours later when testosterone production is likely to have slowed down.

Proper nutrition, hardcore training, and adequate sleep are absolutely essential to achieve maximum results from HARD FX. First, consume enough protein for muscle growth. The standard rule is to consume 1 gram to 1.5 grams of protein for every pound of body weight you have.
Then, make sure that you are using proven weight lifting programs and strategies to fully stimulate new muscle growth. Half-a$$ed workouts won't cut it here. And last but certainly not least, make sure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Not only is testosterone and HGH output at its highest, but your body undergoes a large degree of recovery while you sleep. Maximize these three critical steps and you will be in for one heck of a ride.
