High Protein/BCAA Snack for Bodybuilders

Here are the ingredients that you will need.
  • 1 16-17oz Plain 2% greek yogurt tub (I use FAGE or CHOBANI)
  • 1 scoop of berry flavored AXcell BCAA's

Mix one scoop of berry AXcell into the unflavored greek yogurt (make sure its REAL greek yogurt!), and stir until the color turns pink and totally dissolves (about a minute).
This is a quick and fantastic tasting NO SUGAR snack that gives you a whole serving of muscle building BCAA's. It's awesome snack for the morning between meals when your metabolism is highest… packs over 45g protein and 20 carbs.
