Begin by taking one (1) capsule (a half serving to access tolerance) in the morning. If you don't feel the desired effect, wait until the next morning. Then try taking two (2) capsules (the normal full dosage). You will know when you've found your perfect dose when you're experiencing all of the great feeling we've been describing. For most people, that dose is from one (1) to two (2) capsules.
