Our online personal training system is for everyone! It was designed for Men or Women. We have eight week programs for both gaining muscle or losing weight and toning up for men or women. The trainers at Strength University will evaluate your goals and body type with a quick questionnaire, and develop you a personalized training plan and meal plan that is easy to follow.
